Sourcing from, and with a detailed knowledge of, the mortgage market, we pride ourselves in offering excellent client service borne out by the fact that we have many repeat and portfolio clients.

We ensure we are always available and will help our clients throughout the process often achieving the unachievable.

Catherine Ayres has been an adviser for over 25-years starting off her career in high street banking. Catherine later chose to specialise as a mortgage and protection adviser and has built a strong reputation and client bank over her many years in the business. Using her wealth of knowledge Catherine is always available to her clients, on hand to advise and reassure

Administration

Jayne Tonkin has many years previous experience as a Mortgage Adviser, having run her own brokerage for many years. Now in her support role that experience is utilised in assisting with the processing, and progressing of applications and keeping our clients updated throughout the process. Jayne also has the responsibility for compliance and back office admin systems.
